Mastering your universe is intuitive and designed for pure creative flow. Here’s the simple breakdown of how you’ll bring your stories to life:

• Interact & Explore: Simply tap on characters or items to use them. Drag characters, food, and props to move them anywhere you want within a scene. Swipe left or right at the edge of the screen to travel between the different locations on your map.
• Create & Customize: In the Character Creator, tap the icons to browse through hairstyles, outfits, and accessories. Once you’re happy with your new creation, they’ll be ready to join your world.
• Build Your Story: There are no rules. Combine characters, locations, and items in any way you can imagine. Want to bring a sloth to the skate park or give the doctor a wild green hairdo? Go for it. Your world, your story.

Is Toca Life World really free to play?

Absolutely. The initial download of Toca Life World gives you a fantastic starting point with Bop City, a vibrant area with 8 distinct locations and 39 characters to play with. This core experience is completely free. The game then offers a massive in-app shop where you can purchase additional locations, character packs, and item sets to expand your universe as you see fit. It's a "build-your-own-adventure" model, so you only pay for the content you really want.

Can I bring my old Toca Life apps into Toca Life World?

Yes, and it's one of the best features! If you've previously purchased other Toca Life series apps like City, Vacation, or Hospital, the game will automatically detect them. All of those locations and characters will seamlessly appear on your Toca Life World map, connecting everything into one giant, unified playground. It’s the mega-app we all dreamed of.

How many locations and characters can I have?
