How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

Response Timeline

- Review the claim and, if valid, remove or disable access to the content
- Notify the affected party of the removal
- Complete the full review process within 10–14 business days
Counter Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice should include:
- Your full contact information
- Identification of removed content
- A statement under penalty of perjury
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the district where your address is located — or any judicial district if your address is outside the United States — and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your electronic or physical signature
After we receive a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant within 1–2 business days. If the complainant does not notify us that they have filed a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
